In this case report, we present an individual with primary amyloid myelopathy who presented displaying an unusual clinical scenario.

The patient's initial symptoms included impaired grip strength, along with frequency and urgency of urination. A lumbar puncture revealed elevated protein levels indicative of amyloid deposits. Neuroimaging studies demonstrated characteristic lesions in the spinal cord consistent with primary amyloid myelopathy.

The patient was treated supportive care, including physical therapy and medications to manage symptoms. Despite treatment, the patient's condition continued to worsen. This case emphasizes the importance of considering primary amyloid myelopathy in the differential diagnosis of patients presenting with progressive neurological symptoms, particularly those with unilateral weakness.

An Uncommon Presentation of Crohn's Disease: A Case Report

We report a rare case of Crohn's disease in a 35-year-old male presenting with atypical symptoms. Findings

A male/female patient presented to the clinic with a chief complaint/history of symptoms/presenting concern of progressive shortness of breath, cough/dyspnea/respiratory distress. The patient reported a gradual/sudden/insidious onset library open access of symptoms/complaints/manifestations, worsening over the past few months/year/decade. On physical examination, auscultation/palpation/inspection revealed decreased breath sounds in the lower/upper/bilateral lung fields.

Further/Additional/Supplementary investigations included a chest X-ray which demonstrated diffuse/patchy/interstitial opacities consistent with pulmonary fibrosis. A high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) scan of the chest confirmed the diagnosis, revealing honeycombing/fibrotic bands/reticular opacities.

The patient underwent further tests/evaluation/assessments to rule out other potential causes/contributing factors/underlying conditions of pulmonary fibrosis.
